The Dallas Mavericks cruised to a comfortable win against the struggling Phoenix Suns on Sunday night with a 110-95 win, which is the Mavs' sixth win in the last eight games.
The red-hot Mavericks took advantage of a Suns team that played their fourth game in the past five nights.
Dallas had seven players with eight points or better. Shawn Marion, who played his 1,000th career game, scored eighteen points. The Mavs' shot a little over 51 percent in the blowout win.
Dallas is now 19-25 and tied with the Los Angeles Lakers for 10th place in the Western Conference standings. The Lakers and the Mavs are both only four games of the eighth and final playoff spot. The Mavs take on the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.
